Evan Nicole Bell is an award-winning documentary photographer, musician, and multimedia artist based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Evan holds a self-designed B.A., "Documenting Justice: The Role of Photographic Narratives in Activism," from Duke University and a graduate certificate in Public Policy & International Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy.
